SUMMARY:Curse of the Vampire Summer Invitational
DESCRIPTION:Humans\, zombies\, players from all corners\, come join us this summer at the University of Florida for our invitational event — Curse of the Vampire — July 22nd and 23rd! Help the humans take down Dracula and his night creatures or join forces with the prince of darkness to grow the horde. \nThis event will take place over two days from Turlington L007\, the first being a full day of HvZ\, and the second being a non-competitive Nerf PvP day. Both days will have an FPS cap of 130; a full list of modding rules can be found here. Loaner blasters will be available upon request for all participants. This housing is available on a first-come first-served basis\, so let us know if you would like to do so and we’ll let you know if space is still available. \nOur Safety Rules are as follows: \n\nBecause HvZ involves tagging\, masks must be worn at all times during play. If you must remove your mask during the event you must leave the area of active play and separate yourself from all players by at least 10 feet.\nAll blasters must be under 130 fps and follow our Blaster Modifications Guide. If you do not have your own blaster you can mark that on your registration and we will provide you with a loaner.\nWe will do a full safety and gameplay overview at our mandatory rules meetings\, which will be held virtually on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 7pm\, and Friday at 3pm. You only need to attend one in order to play.\nYou must bring a photo ID to the event so we can check that you have registered.
