DESCRIPTION:This is a story of fencing\, fighting\, torture\, revenge\, giants\, monsters\, chases\, escapes\, true love\, miracles… \nJoin Westley\, the Dread Pirate Roberts\, on his quest to save his true love\, Buttercup\, from the hands of the dastardly Prince Humperdinck and his ravenous Brute Squad. You will need all your wits and fighting skills to face down sword masters\, giants\, and evil geniuses. What will win in the end: true love or wicked evil? \n\nHumans versus Zombies is a game of survival Nerf-Tag where you try and survive for a whole weekend on UF’s campus battling zombies with a Nerf blaster\, or you join the horde yourself and try to tag the hapless humans to convert them into zombies. It is completely free and open to anyone. If under 18 you must have a parent or guardian present to play. \nLoaner blasters will be provided to players who do not have their own. \nMission schedule (if changed\, will be updated on Discord): \n\nThursday\, April 10th (Little Hall\, 0125)\n\nRules meeting 1: 6pm\nMission 1: 7pm\n\n\nFriday\, April 11th (Computer Science and Engineering Building\, En E220)\n\nRules meeting 2: 7pm\nMission 2: 8pm\n\n\nSaturday April 12th (Reitz Union\, 2330)\n\nRules meeting 2: 12pm\nMission 3: 1pm\nMission 4: 3:30pm\nMission 5: 6pm\n\n\n\nGear Rules: \n\nBlaster Progression: For each mission\, there will be a restriction on blaster types allowed to be used. You may bring your own gear that adheres to the restrictions (including overall restrictions listed below and in the modifications guide). If you have questions\, message us on Discord or Instagram.\n\nMission 1: Socks only\nMission 2: Socks and non-electric blasters\nMission 3: All types\nMission 4: All types\nMission 5: All types\n\n\nFPS Limit: 120 fps average (will be enforced)\, 130 hard cap.\n\nFor standard ammo. See full modifications guide for non-standard ammo.\n\n\nROF Limit: 8 dps average\, 10 dps hard cap.\n\nVariable ROF blasters are allowed if they cannot go above that cap.\n\n\n\nFull rules will be explained at each rules meeting. Rules meeting will be held before the missions on Thursday and Friday nights\, and there will be another before the missions begin on Saturday morning.
